Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a UK and Ireland Embedded Power Sales Manager to manage sales activities.
Extensive knowledge of the electronics components/ Power industry is required. Position is accountable for executing sales revenue targets through individual efforts, independent Manufacturers Representatives, a team of Field Application Engineers and cross-coordination with the Sales Team.
Responsibilities include: meeting with executives, engineering and supply chain community; collaboration with application engineers to identify new product requirements; new business development leading to design wins; provide quotes; account planning including financial reports and sales forecast; oversee post sales activities (order tracking, shipping, billing and collection) to assure customer satisfaction and liaison with factory at all levels.
Specifically, this UK and Ireland S Mgr position will be accountable to increase revenue in UK and Ireland by growing the client’s current vertical and identify new markets through the sales of existing and new products. Prime aim is to develop the Tier 2 accounts and to grow our partner channels
Requirements
• Strong sales acumen.
• Business or Technical degree required.
• A minimum of 5 years Sales or Marketing experience is required. Sales experience within the DCDC, Semiconductor, or Power-related Industry is strongly preferred. Entrepreneurial.
• Strong interpersonal skills; be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Ability to negotiate with responsible organizations, channels and customers.
• Self-directed individual who can analyze customer needs, product requirements and deliver formal presentations to all levels.
• Minimum of 50% travel
